Persons working at this level provide a broader rather than specialised ICT support function, applying a wide range of higher level technical skills in ICT areas such as networking, IT support, database development, programming and web development.
Diploma of Website Development.

What it entails:
This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to design, build and manage websites as an independent web developer or as part of a team. You will learn programming languages like HTML, CSS, PHP, Java and JavaScript. You can choose to specialise in either Front End (user-facing) or Back End (server-side) development, or both, which is known as a Full Stack Development
Diploma of Information Technology Systems Administration.
